As a Customer Service Associate for National Fitness Financial, you will engage in a team-oriented and energetic atmosphere. You'll be an important player of the team that maintains customer relationships; understands products and services; understands and researches inquiries; assembles and communicates information; verifies customer's understanding of information and answers.

General Qualifications:

• Places primary importance on delivering superior customer service.
• Easily analyzes and prioritizes information, distilling it to the critical issues and drawing accurate conclusions.
• Articulates ideas clearly and concisely in a variety of settings, adjusting the message to match the audience.
• Experience communicating regular status to customers, superiors, and peers.
• Ability to understands customer needs, identifies root causes of problems, and implements pragmatic solutions.
• Has effective organizational skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
