1-30 Days

When an account goes delinquent more than 30-days, it is forwarded to our Late Payments Department for an escalated collection effort.
31-60 Days

When a membership is delinquent for more than 60 days, we continue to service the account in-house rather than handing it over to an outside collections company.
61-150 Days
