Nonpublic Personal Information

National Fitness does not collect any nonpublic personal information about you, our customer, beyond that which you provide to us on the contract at the time of enrollment.

We take your privacy concerns seriously and protect your nonpublic personal information through the use of procedural, physical, and electronic safeguards. Access to your nonpublic personal information is limited to those employees who need to know that information in order to provide products or services to you. This information is not used other than to provide the products and services set forth in this agreement to you and is not provided or sold to any other entities.

We waive the right to disclose your nonpublic personal information to any parties other than those designated in the terms of the contract and as otherwise permitted or required by law.

E-mail

By sending an electronic mail message,you may be sending us personal information. We reserve the right to store the name and address of the requester in order to respond to the request or to otherwise resolve the subject matter of your E-mail.

We welcome any comments you may have regarding the National Fitness web site or our services. Any comments you submit to us through our site, such as remarks, suggestions, ideas, graphics, or other information becomes and remains our exclusive property, even if this agreement is later terminated. This means we do not have to treat any such submission as confidential. We will not pay you or anyone else for any information that you provide which is used by us.

Use of IP Addresses

Web servers automatically identify your computer by its IP address. NFFS may collect IP addresses for the purposes of system administration to audit the use of our site. When pages are requested, our server logs the IP address. We don't normally link IP addresses to anything personally identifiable, which means that a user's session will be logged, but the user remains anonymous to us. We can and will use IP addresses to identify a user when we feel it necessary to enforce compliance with our terms of service or to protect our service, site, customers, or others.

Use of Materials

National Fitness and all the contents of this site are copyrighted materials, protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. Materials can be downloaded onto one computer for personal, non-commercial use only, provided copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices are not changed or deleted. Any modification of the materials on our Web site or use of them for any other purpose will violate our intellectual property rights. Everything you download (software, all files, images, and data) remains our property.

Security

We exercise care in providing secure transmission of your information from your PC to our servers. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. While we strive to protect your personal information, NFFS can't ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us, and you do so at your own risk. Once your transmission is received, we make our best effort to ensure its security on our systems.

Your NFFS account is password protected so that only you can access it and view the member information relevant to the account. We recommend that you do not divulge your password to anyone. We will never ask you for your password in an unsolicited phone call or e-mail. In the end, you are responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your passwords and any account information.

Acceptance of Terms

By using this site, you signify your assent to the NFFS privacy policy. If you do not agree to this policy, please do not use our site. If any provision of this agreement is unlawful, void or unenforceable, it will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
