Ingredients: 

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder  
  • 1/2 cup spinach  
  • 1/2 frozen banana  
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or your preferred milk) 
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt  
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter 
  • 1/2 teaspoon mint extract  

Directions: 

  1. Add all your ingredients into a blender—simple, right? 
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy. 
  3. Pour into a glass, top with a few mint leaves if you’re feeling extra, and enjoy!
